Legals when remortgaging

If we are remortgaging, what legal work needs to be done? We only moved 3 months ago so had searches and other bits done then, will we need to have any of that redone for new lender? We know they will obviously want a valuation report, fair doos, but what else?

How come you are re-mortgaging after only 3 months?
Plemty lender offer free legal and free valuations on their re-mortgage deals, some will even have no arrangement fee, but you tend to pay higher rates to compensate
It will depend on your mortgage amount as to which is your best option
