Hi
Hope you guys can help. I have defrosted some chicken thighs at room temperature and then put in fridge. I intended to use them tonight but wont be home due to change in plans. If i keep them in fridge (packet still vac sealed) will they be ok to use tomorrow?
Thanks

I definitely would and have done this before, though others may disagree...personally I think it will be fine!0

I'd use them tomorrow too, but I wouldn't leave it any longer than that to cook them.0

Tomorrow should be fine. I often find that thawed chicken has a funny smell to it, but my butcher told me that if you wash the chicken and the smell goes, then it is fine to eat. (If it smells bad after washing, I toss it, because then you can usually taste it after cooking too.)
