hi, my experience is that they are pretty comparable to their competitors. their customer service can be a bit hit and miss as they tend to employ a lot of students and so it is best to do the deal with the manager (who is often still a student) in case anything goes wrong. that said, the quality is ok, and with your discount it may work out quite a good deal. try to push them down on the price though, even with your discount - ask them if they have any promotions coming up, etc, and you may be able to get a slightly larger discount...good luck!Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
