Wanna Rotary electric Mower (NOT Hover)

I want the best rotary mower I can find for £40 - £60.
That is a rotary disc mounted on four wheels. Not a hover mower.
Does anyone know where I can find a review of these?
Or does anyone know a good make/model in this price range, please?

I have got a Qualcast one, which I have had for years, replaced the blade once. I dont have a very big garden but it has been very reliable. Has a grass box on the back.0

You can find reviews at Amazon.
The Qualcast Easitrak 320 is within your price range and has very good reviews.
