Had an email a few weeks ago to say I'd won the ipad mini and I was overjoyed...however several emails later and no response other than it was 'on its way' two weeks ago, and I still don't have it

Has anyone else won with MyVoucherCodes on FB and how long did it take to get your prize? Don't want to make an unnecessary fuss but I am super excited to win this (second place) prize!!

I won an ASOS voucher with them, which came the next day, but it came as an emailed code, rather than in a parcel. Hope your ipad mini arrives soon.

Try writing on their wall or twitter account and email them asking who they used to send the parcel and do they have a tracking number.

I had issues with Royal Mail (not regarding a prize) and they ignored my emails - I tweeted them and BAM instant response!!

Congrats on your fabulous win.

Firstly don't panic, a few weeks is not long to wait for a prize.

Secondly, as others have mentioned, if emailing is not working then tweet/facebook them. It's difficult for them to ignore something that is very public Keep whatever you say friendly but assertive. I'm sure the prize will be with you soon.

I've also won an iPad mini (from a different competition) - and the company have let me know they are awaiting a shipment from their supplier, so it may not be with me this week. I'm not holiding my breath for it to arrive anytime soon!

Yes, good idea, was going to write on their FB wall in a few days...just waiting in case the lady that sent the original wem was on holiday or something. I would normally just wait...I had a Christmas advent comp win turn up a few weeks ago lol...it's just that she had said it was on it's way and that was two weeks ago

Hopefully a polite nudge on FB will do the trick (I still haven't mastered twitter except for a simple retweet lol) xx
