Mortgage Offer Error

It's simple - it's the 30 mins holding for Halifax which is the annoyance. You can't change solicitors using the online system, you have to phone it through and the call centre is taking about half an hour to answer the phone. Once through, the actual alteration is pretty quick and the revised offer can be accessed by the broker immediately, via Halifax online.
Your real solicitor will need to wait for the paper copy of the offer with the instructions which come with it.I am a mortgage broker. I see, yeah the 30 minutes of being on hold would be a pain but i suppose it comes with the job and processes involved as such. Thank you for the clarity, I will drop them a call this lunchtime to find out if they have called through yet and are able to get the offer with the instructions to the Solicitor this week.0
