Mortgages and P60s

I'm applying for a mortgage soon and it's my understanding that I need to provide the bank with my P60.
My work has provided me with an electronic copy which I have printed on standard A4 paper.
Will this be okay? I've asked for one printed at work but they say they no longer need to do this. Is this correct?

Depends on the lender.
Its rare that i get asked for a P60, its usually 3 months payslips and bank statements.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. ACG we have been asked for P60 also
OP ours are printed out from place of work , its all done automatically on the internet nowadays so can not see the difference between you printing it and your place of work printing it but I could be missing something , hope not cos that's all we have had for years0 -
All our documents were scanned and emailed to lender via the broker and this was fine!
This included OH payslips which are printed from Internet on a4 paper, so you should be fine!0 -
Nationwide uses the P60 as evidence of employment, so it regularly gets requested by them.I am a mortgage broker.
