I am looking to buy a #350K house, of which #150K will be mortgaged and have #30K in savings with around #4K being paid in every month via 2 salaries. The interest savings seem too good to be true. Does anyone have any pros and cons of this One account???

I have a current account and dont use the mortgage facility but I find the customer service to be very good so no complaints there:j Where there is a will there is a way - there is a way and I will find it :j0
