Earnings after BR

My OH has been told he can earn 934GBP/month after his BR. Can he earn more one month and less the next month as long as it averages out when he sees the OR in a few months?
My OH freed from 5 years of debt on June 7th 2007

I know the answer to that one :j
The O.R is happy to accept average earning if there is an element of overtime and commission as part of the job. Where somebody is self employed and earning fluctuate or are not known, then a best estimate will suffice providing the O.R is kept informed of any changes.
