I'm not too sure what you mean? Do you mean your browser isn't displaying the whole site? You might need to scroll out - which you can do by
Windows computer: Holding CTRL and pressing the - (minus key)
Mac - Holding CMD and pressing the - Key (or scrolling out)
Hope that makes sense - if that's not what you mean can yuu explain what the problem is? Sorry! xxDecember Wins: £300 worth of board games, £500 Tesco Vouchers Best Win in 2023: £500 Tesco Vouchers0 -
Show all Content appears for a short time across the bottom of the screen on IE 10, I understand what you mean Nanny7 as I missed a couple of comps by not clicking on it. Do not fully understand it but then I am no expert by any means.0

Ah, I understand - then the option I gave above would help you scroll out and see all the content without having to use this button
However - I was you, I'd get a new browser. xSafari and Chrome work well for me.

Its when you fill out a comp app then at the bottom it asks you to type in a code but if there is no code its says scroll to the bottom of the page a click the no content button0

You mean on a recaptcha? can you just not scroll the page using the side bar? or is that not an option?
Maybe your browser is just zoomed in too much... I've never heard of that before so it must be a new thing. I don't tend to use IE mainly due to it shutting down and generally doing things like that.
Did you try zooming out like I suggested? Might make things smaller but you should see the whole page x
Probably making it quite complicated than it needs to be aren't Ixx

On some comps such as THIS it says "If the images below do not appear please click the 'Show all content' button that appears at the bottom of the browser window. Thank you."
It is referring to the box shown below that appears at the bottom of your screen using certain browsers with certain settings. The box disappears after a few seconds. With other browsers and/or different settings the box will not appear at all.
What's happening is that the website has "secured" the form where you enter your personal details, but the Captcha is not in the secured area. Unless you click the "Show all content" you will not be able to see the captcha so you can not enter the comp. If the box shown above doesn't appear, but the captcha shows properly then it is nothing to worry about - it is just that your browser settings are to automatically show all content.
When I use IE the box appears, but when I use Chrome the box doesn't appear (and the captcha appears automatically).0 -
Yes I understand now
