Equita fees AGAIN!!

Having looked through most of the equita threads on here, I need a bit of advise with my equita problem!! It's regarding a pcn!!

Debt : £112
First notice : £13.44
First visit : £42
Second visit : £54
Attendance fee : £200.40
Total £421.84

Now I have sent numerous letters to equita and my local authority and both say the same, there fees are all in order!! I have not received any hand delivered letters by a bailiff and they have no proof of the visits.

Just seems like no one is listening to me.

What are you looking for advice with; you've not asked a question yet.

If you want to know how to stop the letters and charges, then your best bet is likely to be to pay the amount outstanding in full.

If you think that the charges are wrong, then you should explain why (on here), and people can perhaps advise you if you seem to be right.

Are you, for example, claiming that the bailiff's visits did not happen?

Yes I would like to know if the fees are acceptable, if they can't prove their visits can they charge for them?

Further more I can't afford to £4.21 let alone £421. They will not accept a payment plan!!
