Craft fete advice please

Hi
I have taken up a challenge last week to set up a psychic, holistic, beauty and crafty fete on 10th August and obviously there is limited time. I haven't ever set one up myself but I have assisted in getting people for friends in the past (however those friends no longer live nearby so can't reciprocate the help).
I have had good feedback (considering it is short notice) so far and managed to find 6 people wishing to have a table. However the tables ar big and seat 6 - 8 peope (if they were being eaten from). There are only 12 of these so I am offering them as a whole or to be shared for a smaller table with someone else.
I also have the outdoor field and this is where I need the advice please as so far I only have 1 person who has booked this for catering with a large BBQ. Im crossing my fingers the weather is nice as I don't have a gazebo or a marquee!
Can anyone suggest what else I could do to fill the field up please?
Many thanks

Have you thought about getting some games? I am guessing it will be family orientated so outdoor games are always a good idea - depending the sunshine stays around of course!!0
