You can ask them to cancel the continuous payment facility and if they refuse you can ask your bank to do it, your bank now has to do this whether you have asked the company or not. You can claim back any payments collected after you have asked them to cancel this, but you may not be refunded if the payments were owed to the company (such as yours were).
