Ideas for cooking fruit

Hi guys
I wondered if anyone had any good fruit recipes. Im not a huge fan of fruit but I find I need a sugar fix in the evening so I want some hassle free things to cook and ways to serve things. Things that feel luxurious but dont pile on the calories too!
Ive got an idea of getting banana and peaches, I really only like both of them warm so other than frying banana and putting in the oven with choc chips in and using peaches for a crumble, what can I do?
Also I dont like oranges as they are, can I use them to cook with in any way or is that a no-go idea?

peaches grilled then served with natural yoghurt are delicious; as is sliced pineapple, sprinkle brown sugar and chopped mint and grill ... delicious with pomegranteThat's Numberwang!0

Grilled grapefruit was all the rage in the '70's, sprinkle with demerara and grill until the sugar melts and caramelises. You would have to add a maraschino cherry to be truly authentic (tongue firmly in cheek!)
I love baked bananas and baked apples but not wildly slimming.
How about pears poached in red or white wine or cider?
In winter I make a banana and apple crumble which doesn't need much sugar as the ripe banana sweetens the apple quite well.
Caramelised oranges, but they are best served chilled.
Pear and ginger streudal or apple streudal made with eating apple.
Or go really basic and stew some cooking apples!

I cook things like gooseberries, rhubarb, currants, blackberries, apples, quinces with some sugar. Then I rub it through a sieve and stir the puree into plain yogurt. I'm eating gooseberry and elderflower yogurt this week and I've got some rhubarb to which I'll add some ginger syrup (from a jar) for next week.0

You could poach fruits such as peaches, apricots, plums, pears and serve with the syrup created during the process and some icecream
Berries make nice fools - just mix up with cream or fromage fraise
Stewed apples are nice
Pineapple's meant to be nice warmed, never tried it thoughComping, Clicking & Saving for Change0
