Hope it's okay to start this off.I couldn't see anything already posted and searched back about five pages (though I am on my mobile). However, apologies if I have missed it somewhere.
My plan for this week goes like this ... in no particular order :
[STRIKE]
Quorn chicken, sweet potato and mango curry with rice
[/STRIKE]Prawn linguine/ Sweet and spicy prawns (from my new book recommendation on GC I think)
This is now going to be [STRIKE]Jambalaya[/STRIKE], as also got celery sat in the fridge doing nothing)
Leek and Butterbean stew ( will need from frais or creme fraiche. Forgot to add to shopping).
[STRIKE]Spicy bean burgers[/STRIKE], actifry chips and salad
[STRIKE]
... had this with samphire and Brioche buns
[/STRIKE]
Quorn Sheperds pie
Quorn Lasagne or Quorn Spag bol (one portion of each in freezer)
Ratatouille and omelette (may need eggs)
Hoping to use up as much as possible that we already have in.
