I'm going to try to stick to my plan this week, fingers crossed!

M - Turkey and veg stir fry with noodles (done)
T - Omelettes with salad / baked beans and sweet potato wedges
W - Pot roast (beef) with carrots and celery, served with roast potatoes, corn and green beans
    T - LO pot roast
F - Pork steaks with fried rice and curry sauce
S - away, will take sandwiches, rice crackers and instant noodles with us, and most likely eat out in the evening
S - Cooked breakfast in hotel, and either pub lunch and maybe soup or a sandwich when we get in, or lamb curry with naans if no lunch out.

I have everything in except stuff for sandwiches for the weekend, so must avoid the supermarket!
