I also remember being asked that question on the IPOQ - I'd just finished a job with a sole customer at the time, and my work subsequent to that was going to be with more than one customer, so I just wrote, "various customers", and left it at that. I didn't get any questions from the OR.

Just wondering why your customer wouldn't want to work with you, unless they're something like the police or a bank? For a start, if there's a formal contract and BR isn't specifically mentioned as a deal breaker, aren't they still obliged to fulfil their end of the bargain?

I recieved a letter asking for £88 per month with the help of DD I had my reasons and I in the end I have just agreed to £44 per month.

I found my OR to be a fair man and listened to what I had to say each time.
