I've just found a new nanny position and sadly the 8yr old has the above allergies.
As one of my duties is cooking I'd like to fine some recipes can anyone point me in the right direction?

Have a look at Delia on line. There are sections for egg, nut and dairy free recipes. You might be able to find some recipes there which you could use. The only thing which readily springs to mind is rice based and vegetarian dishes; bolognaise sauce served with jacket potato; salads.
I would have thought the parents would be able to help with what their child can eat.

Thanks Denise, absolutely and at 8 at private school she has excellent school lunches so will have her main meal for lunch in term time (I'll have them full time in school hols).
I just want to be able to come up with meals too0 -
regarding the milk allergy, there is a very good list of what to look out for on labels in this website
Scroll to the bottom to see the list
You really need to know more about the nuts as some are allergic to tree nuts and some to peanuts
Vegan websites often have recipes that avoid milk and eggs0 -
+1 for looking at the Vegan side of things. You just need to weed out the recipes containing nuts, add in the T-bone steaks and Bob's your uncle. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Ooh, these are my exact allergies!
You can adapt 90% of things. What might help is if you list the type of things you would normally cook and we (or I at least!) can help advise on how to adapt. Often you don't need special recipes; just a couple of simple changes to ingredients and you're sorted.0 -

Why just rice and potatoes? Pasta is fine too - bolognaise on spaghetti or ordinary pasta!0 -

Virtually all fresh pasta is made with egg but virtually all dried pasta isn't (won't say ALL as obviously people with allergies should always check, but I have never come across a dried pasta containing egg yet)
Egg in bread? Haven't really come across that either in this country, apart from occasionally things like rolls may be glazed with it I guess.0 -
Wonderful replies thank you everyone!
The dinners I like to cook are:
Spaghetti bolognaise
Lasagne
Tuna pasta bake
Stew - are dumplings ok? Atora suet?
Shepherds/cottage pie
Chicken pie - boss mum buys ready to roll pastry although I can make my own
Pizza
stir fry
Sweet and sour chicken
Chicken curry
They have an ocado shop delivered every Monday morning which includes rice milk, dairy free margarine, soya yoghurts, dairy free cheese so I'll be able to make a few things. I.e the white sauce for my lasagne is flour, milk and butter so that will be ok wont it?
By the sounds of it the 10yr old is more fussy with food (out of choice) than the 8yr old so she may become the worst to feed! Lol0 -

It's more in sweet breads than savoury but still worth checking the packet'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0
