Moneysavingexpert Survey?

when I licked the link to the competitions page I was taken to a yearly survey from something that said it was this site, and offered gifts for filling it in, I clicked out of it
is it a scam

this has just come up again, does anyone on the site know if this is ligit or a scam

I haven't had this. I'm wondering what link/address you opened to get this. If you add the address here, perhaps some of us can try it and see if we get the same.

Hi,when you write "has just come up again" my thoughts turn to a malware/spyware type issue.
I have never had a MSE pop-up appear in all my interactions with this site & it does not seem MSE style to do such as that.
Do you have issues on other sites?

MSE Ian & MSE Forum Manager have been helping lots
with enquires today due to the changeover there's been a few 'blips'

sorry bad choice of words.
when I am on the competitions page, I clicked on the top competitons link instead of refreshing the page and went to a full page offering me the survey, which I did not do

No worries.In usual practice that should just lead to: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=72

Always does for me in FF with Kaspersky AV suite.
It all just leads me to thinks its a malware/spyware issue.
