Skint foodies - good food on a budget

I was just listening to radio 4's food programme, which is normally so far up its own @rse as to be unlistenable.
Today though it was interviewing a girl called jack, the skint foodie, and a couple of others who I didn't catch the details of. Along with the embarrassments of having to use food banks etc.

Having been pointed towards a girl called Jack on here before, I thought I'd mention the programme for anyone who might be interested, but also to see if there's any other similar blogs that you guys know of and can recommend.
(Apologies if this has been done before.)
