Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me out of the mess that I'm currently in! I got a payday loan a few weeks back to help out with some bills etc and i thought it would have been simple enough to pay it back.. Turns out it wasn't, i lost my job so had no way of payin it back so therefore got another payday loan with another company to help pay it off which i did.. But not thinkin of the long term of how the hell was i gonna pay it back i just went ahead and done it.. When that loan needed paid i still had no word on a job so i had to extended it but to pay the intreset back so that i could get an extension i had to get another payday loan with someone else. And now im stuck with 2 pay day loans that need paying this week with no way of paying it.
Any body got any tips on what to do? Im really worried on what will happen.
Would appreciate any help!!

speak to your local CAB office. Advise lender you cant pay and see about making lower repayments over a longer term. Ask to freeze interest. By law they must try to come to an agreement. If you keep on doing what's you've always done, you'll keep on being what you've always been...:think:0

Yeh tell them you cant pay and agree on a payment plan.

Where you working when you took your first loan?
Didn't you get any severance pay when you lost your job?
If you aren't earning an income, you aren't entitled to mobile phone contracts, cars or anything else which needs paying for.
Cut the outgoings, this debt you are piling up will get larger and larger until you do something about it.
Who are the loans with?
Some respond better than others but they are all well used to people saying they have jobs in the application but in reality don't work a single hour a day.
There must be a link between taking a payday loan and mysteriously becoming unemployed just before payment day. It's even worse as there is never any redundancy pay....... Truly weird.0 -
Write to the Newspapers, either blaming someone else, or blaming the Payday company for lending you the money, either way, make sure they report its not your fault.0
