Account Breakdown - Should I expect more arrears?

Back in April - I asked about what arrears were on the account and I was told there were £260-ish. Over the weekend I had to contact the CSA again and asked the same question.
The advisor said she couldn't see any financial information and asked was it a new claim - to which I answered no it's 14 years old. She then said they must be doing an account breakdown and was in the gathering information stage..
She said they would look at the amount I had paid and compare it to the amount the system says I should have paid and inform me of the outcome..
I have paid (albeit delayed in some cases) everything they've asked over the last 14 years - sometimes paying upto 40% of my salary under CSA 1 rules and paying arrears off as/when I could so I'll be questioning if any extra arrears appear..
My concerns about the process.??
Firstly - that they might calculate more arrears and suddenly expect me to pay it overnight if they did.
Secondly - I had 5 years of phasing from CSA1 to CSA2. The system calculated that I should pay about £35 a week but I was paying £67 - 45 a week and I'd like to know how they are going to deal with that period..
Finally - how long the does the process normally take.?

Dont be to worried about "expected to pay overnight" were trained to take as much as we can when ure on the phone, but if you litreally cant do it, well we cant take blood from a stone, the most amount of time you have to pay arrearrs is 2 years, ( 24 payments in total ) If your owed money from a certain period this will align with ure new maintence figure, so if you overpaid £100 for 1 year, and ure new arrears are £200, the system will take that 100 off the 200.
As for how long this takes, it varys from caseworker to caseworker, think 7-10 days to be safe.0 -

This isn't true. My NRP is currently being given nearly four years to pay his arrears, and that's been extended from two and a half.Grateful to finally be debt free!0 -

If my arrears do increase from the £260 that I was told about previously - I assume that I will get told where this increase has come from.??
I'm also interested in how they'll handle the phasing period when they try to work out if I've paid enough (as I was paying over the actual assessment amount for 5 years). Do they just ignore the extra?

@Cakeforbrains, it can be extended if nrp is in financial hardship, or the arrears are massive, you cant expect someone on 20k/year to pay 15k arrears in 2 years for example, i didnt mention this as the OP mentioned his arrears are £260.
@krashovrload Its your right to be informed on litreally anything we do, ask for it in writeing ( this should be done with all csa actions. )
The problem with phaseing is it works out a correct MC, then for 5 years the only think that happens to that MC is it decreses by a flat £5, hopefully they will see youve overpaid and take it off any arrears, but dont expect a refund.0 -

I would be very surprised if I got a refund .
Just interested to know how the process would cope if the CM assessment says I should have paid £9360 over the 5 years when the phasing was in effect but I actually paid £14,830.
If the money went to my son that's fair enough but if it was swallowed up by the system that's another matter - either way I will be interested to see the outcome.

it would have gone to ure pwc, belive it or not our system hates having money it isnt expecting, as soon as you sent the first overpayment our system would have flagged this and would have been adjusted, so that money will have gone to the pwc, and were not allowed by law to ask for it back ( you are, in court )0 -
