I live in East Mids and got it.

To get sent it e-mail helpline@dailymail.co.uk expliaing that you did not receive your copy of 'Weekend' magazine (which contains the CD) with your address details and they will send it to you for free.

This works the same for all Mail on Saturday free DVD's or CD's.

Where in the East Midlands did you get yours?
Checked several papers in at 3 different newsagents in Derby. Definitely not a promotion here and not just missing the CD from my copy.

Ours had Sunshine Holidays from £99 and a Free Clematis Collection (worth over £20) on the top half of the front page.

Did get a CD actually included with the Express and also The Star.
Also a send away SAE CD offer in the Sun.

Dont forget the FREE Karma Sutra DVD from the Sunday Sport (dont know if you get it with the paper or you have to send off though).

Just seen the advert.

You have to collect the DVD from "your nearest stockist"

Think these "stockists" are "licenced premises" with blacked out windows and "over 18's only" printed on the door and probably have "Adult" or "Private" in the name of the shop.

Got mine in Market Harboruogh Leciestershire, Free DVD offer filled half the fron page, no mention of it in weekend magazine but it was inside it.

You will get it if you e-mail helpline@dailymail.co.uk tell them your weekend mag and free DVD 'Elvis and Friends' were both missing and they will send it out. Even if this was regional they won't know where you bought it and will send it out anyway.
