First big loan
Hi Guys, need some advice
I am looking to obtain a £10k loan.. just wondering what limit i have if i were to go for an even bigger one?
I earn £15k, 21 Years old, just written off one of my 2 credit cards (still have one at the moment) and I havnt missed any payments on any of my agreements..
Whats the biggest loan I can get?
Also as stated above I have just written off one of my cards yesterday, how long does that take to effect my credit rating (processing) plus i have only been in my job for 2 months, would this effect the loan company giving me a loan?

What do you mean by ''I have written off one of my credit cards''?
Your last psting in October 2006 indicated that you were also repaying 2 loans, have these been repaid or ''written off''??
Seriously I think your chances of getting a £10k loan with a normal lender is nil.0 -

"Written off" - repayed fully
Why would you say nil? Surely I have a chance when I havnt missed a single payment.. ever0 -
1.You don't mention any savings in any of your postings to date.
2. You earn £15k a year or approx £900 net? Where do you live and how much does it cost you per month?
3.What has happened to your Companies? (so that you are now in paid employment).
4.Extract from last October's post.......''So basically i'm worried about the debt collection (wasnt court actioned tho') and crap direct debit past making me uneligable for a new loan even though i will be debt free at the time!
Loan that was handed to agency was £3000 (sitting at £1900 but will be payed off by april 07')
Other 'clean' loan was £4500 (sitting at £3300)''
That tells me that on your present salary you will not pass an affordability test at a major bank. Some sub prime evil lenders might lend to you but of course you will pay the price in higher interest.0
