Good to Know comps

Yesterday at 1830 I received a txt from Good to Know saying they had sent me a very important email and to look out for it. I still haven't received it! Has anyone ever won anything from Good to Know? How did they alert you to a prize? Would appreciate some insight. Thank you!

I had an email from them yesterday. Last year I signed up to their competition club. It was before I started using MSE properly and was just playing around with comping. 7 months later I realised it was a big mistake after reading lots of posts and advice on this site, so I cancelled. The email said that during those 7 months I hadn't been entered into their comps due to a techinical error. They want to refund the money spent or give the same months for free. I took the refund I'd get in touch or check your spam or other email addresses incase you registered with a different one, it may not be a win but a bit of cash!

Ditto - I signed up when I started comping last September and it seemed like a good idea at the time. I just let it carry on in the meantime (lazy!). The sad thing is there were some great comps that I would've loved to have entered during that time - and of course I thought I WAS entering them automatically. Actually, this is probably the incentive I needed to actually cancel my subscription!

Thanks guys! You're right! I had signed up for one month then cancelled, and they were wondering why. Ah Well!

i had an wem from good to know about 2weeks ago. i didnt get the text message you mentioned. ive not recieved my prize yet as its still early days.

I have won once with them and they emailed me and i had the prize within a week. Made a great xmas present

goodtoknow usually email you, I've had emails from
them & the prize usually turns up a couple of weeks later,
though standard wait is 28 days
