What to do with leftover (uncooked) leg of lamb

Basically the Co-op had half price lam leg (plus staff discount) and I was making a curry so I chopped bits off the lamb leg to make the curry then froze basically a rather slim leg.
So I am left with a skinny lamb leg,
What can I do with this? Just two of us and a toddler who doesn't eat much. I want to stretch it over a few meals
I'd include a photo so you had an idea what I was working with but I can't access tinypic at work (on lunch obviously!)

Cook it as if it were a lamb shank? Slow roast/braise it, with red wine and/or redcurrant jelly if you can. If not, then slather it in smartprice mint sauce and call it a Minted Henry's Lamb Shank
Not sure you could stretch it over more than 1 meal for 2 1/2 of you though.0 -
I wondered whether I could treat it as a lamb shank but whether the bone would be any good for anything brothylikeMoney money money.
