Proofreading and Copyediting company, genuine?

I have a lot of down-time at work and I was thinking of taking up a second job online, proofreading would be perfect but I am worried about scams!
I came across the following website, there are no fees involved and I have checked out their head office address, seems to be a real place but they are asking for an awful lot of documentation. Does anyone know if they are genuine? The company is called Global Proofreading & Copy Editing.

If there's no fees involved, what are you worried about?0

It looks as though they will pay you regularly, as a normal employer would. So you'll be employed by them. Wouldn't you provide all this to a regular employer?0

Would you not meet with them physically to be interviewed. If you have to supply all this personal info before interview, I would be worried.0

Looks like they only want those details after interview0 -
Hi Peakah, how did you get on? It looks like a potentially interesting opportunity. I have just asked for more information. :jThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

What sort of experience does this sort of work need exactly, there doesn't seem to be much on the site?0
