bought these to try and improve my colour in the recent hot spell
have found that the texture of my skin has really improved feels much softer and more even-am usually prone to dry flaky skin

I've never taken them but have contemplated them. Do they actually darken the skin or just make the skin in a better condition to tan in the sun?0

Copper 4mg. L tyrosine 400mg. PABA 400mg. I think they work by increasing melanin production in the skin therefore boosting tan and colour retention0

Exactly right. The body needs tyrosine to produce melanin. If you have more melanin you are more likely to tan, not burn, but it doesn't mean you can forgo sun protection.

I just take ltyrosine 500mg a day. Cheaper and does the same job as well as it helping the muscles recover after excersise.Life is short, smile while you still have teeth
