I have been searching for the lemon curd loaf cake recipe on the forum ( the one that uses the whole jar of lemon curd). Does anyone have it, as I have put the recipe somewhere safe.:rotfl:

This is a fave in our house ... Like it says in the thread the cakes get more moist the longer you leave it ... I always bake it at least the day before I need it

Yes it is way too hot, I cooked mine at 160c. I didn't really like it though, I used Asda smartprice lemon curd and I think that was the problem. It tasted really artificial, I'm sticking with lemon drizzle cake0 -
