I have been searching for the lemon curd loaf cake recipe on the forum ( the one that uses the whole jar of lemon curd). Does anyone have it, as I have put the recipe somewhere safe.:rotfl:

This is a fave in our house ... Like it says in the thread the cakes get more moist the longer you leave it ... I always bake it at least the day before I need it

Yes it is way too hot, I cooked mine at 160c. I didn't really like it though, I used Asda smartprice lemon curd and I think that was the problem. It tasted really artificial, I'm sticking with lemon drizzle cake

Thank you for this, just made it. Leaving it to cool now, but the bits I've tried are delicious. I will leave it in for 50mins next time though, but thanks very much!Rubbish at the grocery challenge!0
