A lot of my debts have been sold, but I suspect I will not be able to find all the details. Would one of the £2 credit reports show the details?
Thanks

Hi rufus,
The problem with doing that is the reports may not be up to date and could change a week or month after you've received them.
If you want them for your O.R interview it's not that important to know who's bought what. Just take the info you've got available and if one crawls out of the woodwork at a later date just request that they contact your O.R.
Regards
Richard
EDIT: Hi fermi, only just and your Post was more comprehensive

It might help, but there is no guarantee that it would show them all up.
Experian are the one used by the largest number of firms, followed by Equifax, then Callcredit.
If you should decide to do this, them you must make sure that you give meticulous details of your addresses for the past 6 years.
Also remember that all these debts will be included in BR whether or not you have up to date details.
If you can't give the current owner of the debt, give the original to the OR saying you believe it has been sold on. The OR will then demand the details of who it has been sold to from the original or subsequent owners.
EDIT: Thanks Richard

Thats great - I have a very complete list of original owners that I had for my IVA last year, and a couple of letters since about them being sold, but I suspect more have been sold as well.
Also, will the figures from last year be ok to put down, seeings as my paperwork from the IVA says nothing will have been paid to my creditors in that time?0 -
If you don't have access to current figures, just put the ones you have and the date they were valid at.
If you want to you can put a comment explaining, but the judge/OR will know from your situation that they certainly won't have gone down.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
