What are my options with my existing pension pots?

Hello
Wondered what your thoughts were.....
I have signed up to some company pension schemes in the past on the basis the my employer would match my contributions. I've since moved on and have left these a bit dormant over the years. I have a current final salary scheme.
I'm 27 and I'm wondering if I could make my previous pension pots work harder if I reinvested them. My attitude to risk with these previous pots is to speculate to accumulate. Willing to take medium to high risk given the back-up of my final salary scheme. The value of the schemes are quite low as I was quite low paid and I contributed for only a few years. I haven't contributed for some time.
The pensions are with Prudential - "lifestyle option" now called members transfer plan currently invested in BlackRock Aquila 60:40 Global Equity Index. I don't think I can change this fund.
The other one is with standard life "stakeholder" and the funds are split between Stakeholder with profits, standard life managed pension fund and standard life European Equity Tracker. I think something like 40, 40 and 20% split. I can move these funds around between specified options.
Welcome your thoughts about where to go next. I also wondered if I could combine the pensions or transfer to another personal pension? Not sure if this would be beneficial to me?
