Mexico tour co's - mextrotter

I want to spend a few days in Mexico City then tour through Yucatan peninsula and have a few days rest at the end in Playa del Carmen. Can't find a tour from any UK co that gives me enough time in Mexico City (well I say that but Virgin Holidays haven't even replied to my inquiry) but I came across mextrotter.com via google. Seem v flexible and perfect for my purposes but as they're Mexican I've had it if they go belly up before or during the holiday though they mention you can pay after the tour for a 4% charge. There's a few reviews on the site but not many and of course they wouldnt publish any bad ones. Anyone heard of anyone using them?
