What to do with Cayenne Peppers

Options
I have managed to grow a huge Cayenne Pepper plant this year and the peppers are now turning red. Does anyone have any recipes for using the peppers? Something simple?

First of all, lucky you! My chilli plant has not even flowered this year :-(

With the chilli plant I had last year, I cut off the chillies and threaded them into a garland, dried them in the kitchen and then crushed them to use in soups, stews, etc. I also used some fresh - I picked them off when they were ripe and then just froze them.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
Last time I had a decent batch of home grown chillies I made chilli jam, from this recipe, and it was fantastic.

I've possibly gone a bit OTT with chilli plants this year - I've got four, of varying heats - so I'll be keeping my eye on this thread for more ideas of what to do with them all!
Back after a very long break!

you could also go to your local farm shop and see if they would buy them off you? or go to local restaurants as well?
