In debt and confused - help?!

you have debts of less than 5K, if you also have a ccj you can ask the court for an administration order, this will mean you pay the court one payment and they pay out to your creds. like a debt management plan but via the court. They can also look at writing some of the debt off depending on your circs.

Make sure you ask the CAB about this option as it may the best solution for you.

Redrez, panic yee not! Your debts are not that bad and its great that you have decided to get a handle on them now. Its easy to get overwhelmed if you are rushed off your feet all the time and I know how incredibly stressful family trouble can be (There IS nothing worse!). Congratulate yourself on only slipping up a bit on the credit card side of things, take a deep breath and go and see the CAB - they will soon put you on the right path.
