I have the vouchers and it states attach to form printed in Wednesdays paper. I can't find the form, can anyone tell me which page its on or if i can download it from website?
If not can you just take the vouchers in?

On the rest f the week, it is just the little numbered voucher you need. The Wednesday one is the whole rectangle bit that the voucher is with. The little voucher says "attach three more token" or something like that.
