Feel very stupid. Despeartely short of money but poor credit rating so looked online. Fed in details to make application but was offered a payday loan. Now find that £26.34 has been taken from my bank by this company as presumably some sort of brokers fee. I don't have any loan or agreement with them. Has anyone else had this happen? Any success in getting a refund?

I did the same thing last week and I ended up with three lots of money taken from my account, £26.34 smile finance, £69.99 my loan and £64.76 loan-options. I was not impressed. If you go on smile finances web site they will refund your money but I haven't got it yet. Also the my loan are refunding but it can take a month. The loan options was the worst because they will only refund £30. I feel so stupid too, never put your bank details in or card details if they are brokers. Now I'm worst off than ever.
