I'm really surprised that my partners business doesn't count as an investment, since he has the 33.3% share in the business.
How would the lender liquidate the share holding to recover it's money. I think that you are clutching at straws in your attempt to move house. Better to focus your efforts on what is achievable than get carried away.0 -

I guess we just hoped there would be a way around this. May have to just sell the house and rent somewhere larger while building my business and income until we can afford to buy again.0 -
