You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time
  • Head for your nearest swimming pool! I think its the chlorine, but it definitely shifts fake tan.

Or depending on what fake tan you used, see if there is a fake tan remover made by the same brand.
I also remember the words of my friends, but I would rather have enemies than friends like you :p

The swimming pool trick definitely works - this was recommended to my mum by a fake tan helpline after she came out looking like a bottle of sunny delight. If you can't get to the pool then i noticed that washing up liquid has the same effect - after washing up i had white hands again, so soaking your patchy bits in a bowl of water or bath with washing up liquid will do the trick. You obviously don't want to do this too often or if you have really sensitive skin as washing up liquid's quite drying. but it definitely shifts the tango!

Toothpaste is meant to do the trick too on bits that are difficult to shift (elbows, knees, heels etc). Good Luck :D
