Hey guys.
I am posting this thread on behalf of my mother.
She has mortgage with her husband ( split up 5 years ago but still married )
She has been paying the mortgage by herself for years. no money from him. but he still owns half of the house. He pays maintenance for 2 of his children living here. but that is it.
Is there anything we can do about this? is this wrong?
they both refuse to pay the divorce, he also built our kitchen roof and a pipe burst and it's all ruined. (look up and it's just tiles now) can we get him to pay this somehow aswell?
Any advice is really appreciated

Is this a mortgage question? If so the answer is no, you can't make him pay.
It sounds more like a legal question around divorce.I am a Mortgage Broker
