    Wonga,

You clearly stated that the diet shake were not that impressive, thats a bash especially if you haven't tried it. You also stated in your first post that it was a lie that you could get the shakes and car for free which isn't true, your an but there are conditions as with most things in life. It is therefore not an assumption that you have not researched as if you had you would not have made either of those statements or make them without qualification.

You then clarified that you know there is a criteria involved which is all fair and well so no one was making assumptions towards you outside of the lack of information you had shown.

You see a lot of commercials on the tele advertising a free product.. you then find out there is shipping and handling. You can win a free hamper... as long as you buy this product and enter the competition. Our schools and education are free... as long as we slave away and pay into the pyramid scheme via taxes. A bit of common sense with all forms of marketing goes a long way so you don't get disappointed.

Anyway all the best, off to make some money :)

Ever read the story of the Emperor's new clothes?

They are following the spin of the tailors who made the invisible clothes and are too afraid to speak up for fear of being shot down - for their own sake, they should read the FACTS, grow a pair and get out before they end up losing more money chasing an invisible dream.

i have a very close friend who had been doing this as an RD with BMW for 12 months and they asked me to join. I sat down and reviewed the business model - they were genuine enough friends to share their income and expenditure in the business and it was clear that the promise of residual income was based largely on recruitment rather than retail sales alone. By this I mean over 90% of the commission was made from recruiting others and they themselves buying product rather than people on the street. The bimmer club payments didn't get paid in some months; not just because they didn't hit 12,500 GQV but also because one month they exceeded 12,500 but 65% came from just one leg so again didn't qualify as Regional Director.

For every opportunity they give you to earn money, they add just as many clauses so as to not pay you... check their compensation plan and read the small print carefully... it'll help explain why the pay cheques are smaller than you thought they would be.

Oh and another question they couldn't answer was which organisation is responsible for identifying the 'at risk' children and managing the distribution of the shake kits? I saw the invoice showing they had donated it but can find no information on how this is being distributed in the UK... a question that isn't answered on their own due diligence page

    Q1 2014 RESULTS - VISALUS DUE DILLIGENCE...
The good news for Visalus that their active promoter base increased by 2,000 since Q4 2013 from 37,500 (35,000 North America & 2,500 Europe) to 39,500 (36,000 North America and 3,500 Europe) the bad news however, is that in the same period, when historically more people would be aiming to lose weight after Christmas, their quarterly sales actually fell 8.75% from $62.9m to $57.4m

In summary, despite moving into new markets, having 2000 more 'active' distributors and it being 'weight loss prime time' they actually managed to sell less. So, not really good news at all...

Edit: Blythe share price has fallen 20% since April fools day... which sums up the opportunity really...

Worth googling "Youtube billy o'naire" and watching the cartoons for a reality check...
