Hi dont get to post often, so delighted to be able to give all you wonderful people something back for a change.
Just got dtd on tesco finest british beef topside joints. They are where all the beef joints are, they are small vacuum packed and then in a cardboard sleeve, barcodes different due to different prices. They are on offer at £9 per kilo, but some stock showed £12 per kilo. Was painful at cs due to their lack of arithmetic skills but we got there in the end.:j :jKeep Moving 2018 challenge.

I did Flo, but I'm not using the app - no fancy gadget here
I just print off shopping list, then email receipt to MyS.
Last question for the day I promise!
But is there a dummies guide for doing this? I couldn't find anything about emailing them and what not but would really like to get in on the act too. Many thanks :A...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Lol this reminds me of my local cs indicating she is a trainee accountant during the day and spent 15 minutes working out dtd which was very straight forward and so simple to work out.0 -
Second shop, T v A, Garnacha continues to give £1.99 back and was able to use Chef's pledge and 2 finest coupons on the meal deal.

Just a quick post to say thank you to people for their helpful comments yesterday re replacing my Dyson - hope I haven't forgotten anyone if so apologises ..but thanks to Naebbirrac, snap-ant and QofC.
QoC the part ex offer is no longer on but it did lead me to the Dyson website and they had some offers on which are not picked up by the Shopbot. Dyson very helpful as I was having difficulty deciding between DC41 animal or DC40 so phoned them for some advice. (Was it you fairclaire who also posted re service ? Hubby said motor definitely dead - he is a electrician but yes I had forgotten about their service option) ...
Tesco/Argos had D40 at £319.00 but D41 not discounted at £409.00,
Dyson had D41 discounted to £349.99but not the D40 (which was dearer than D41).
The best bit - when I mentioned the Tesco offer Dyson matched it and took £10 off - £309 for D40. I had also mentioned I had been Dyson user for £20 years etc so she also took another £20 off the D41 offer price making it £329.00!:j She also threw in a pack of additional user tools (worth £20 approx. I think).
I did dither between choices as I find the animal one I have been using a bit too heavy for stairs and since the chemo feel a right numpty as I keep having to ask OH to lift it upstairs (once you are on the flat you are oK).
Anyhow some people struggled with weight of DC41 and tramlines - some not (altho its still a kilo lighter than old model we have), D40 lighter but shorter hose and flex looking at reviews on several websites. What I didn't know Dyson have a 14 day no quibble return - so if for any reason I do find D41 not right I can return and then get D40 (for the cost of £7.50 carriage return). Again Dyson rep helpfully volunteered fact - so wonderful service ......
So thanks everyone saved £90.00 on Tesco price and got extra box of tools.:T:T
Hope it gets here soon - crumbs and hair building up :eek:0 -
