    Some of you may find it hard to believe but this WAS a T's !!!!!!!

    Its funny isn't it? One day you could get an SA who looks and smells and walks and sits like a trout, but they end up being very happy for you if you produce lots of coupons! Then other days, you could get a non trout looking SA who will be pressing that buzzer for the supervisor every few seconds!

    The worst (and this is a REAL pet hate), is when you queue up at an SA's till, and you know they are a good SA who always let you put loads of MOCS through and couldn't care less, etc. etc. And it gets to your turn, and suddenly ITS THEIR BREAK TIME and a trout shows up instead. I've been known to grab all my shopping and scarper at this point! LOL (pain check, 3/10 but i've had three whiskeys)
