Whenever I go in there I either get the middle aged trout with too much make up who'd have you think it was her own money she was refunding or the one with long curly red hair who always calls you Young Lady (or Young Man). She's worked in there since the store first opened and has gradually got troutier - used to be quite sweet when she was a shy young thing on the checkouts. I thought between the two of them they had CS covered 24/7, one or other of them is always there.
I haven't had a problem with either of those two. It's the short, dark complexion, dark haired lady that's the worse trout that I've encountered there. The only time the 'young lady' one tried to refuse me a dtd was on Disney dvd's with bogof stickers on. She told me that bogof was buying 2 of the same dvd.:rotfl::rotfl: When I asked her why would I want to buy 2 of the same dvd, she gave in.
I think that the one you describe as over 50 and wears too much make up has short black hair. She always tries to get out of dtd (you're right, it is as if it's her money) but so far she hasn't succeeded with me. At the old cs, the blue board was quite prominent. At the new one, it wasn't displayed. There was also a new (haven't seen her before) girl there on Wednesday - quite a young one.0 -

Really weird night for me. Mum going into respite for 2-3 weeks tommorow and sis gone back to Switzerland ( thank God she is a loony) so I am staying the night. So as mum goes to bed at 10 and her bedroom is next to lounge I am in bed too. All her stuff ready for tommorow and other sis is coming with me to take her there. Luckily the home is walking distance from my own house so I can pop in easily. She is ok about going just worried about getting into the car.
Day 19 of CD and I have lost just under a stone. Makes shopping hard but have decided as this diet has given me extra energy I am going to spend the next 2 weeks glitching and arranging my stash. I also need a another freezer so will try to get one.
I was sorting my Boots and JF stash earlier and added it up and it comes to over £800.00 at retail prices!! And I have given some away aswell!!. Got plenty EMMI drinks for DD to save her buying coffee every day and quite a stash of Vimto ( use 2 vouchers every time no problem). Got 3 packs of reduced J20 today ( only to £2.14 sel but empty shelf for £1.07 one) so have started a supply of those 2. Really pleased with diet and bought a couple of wedding hats yesterday. So on Monday after weigh in I am going to retry dress with hats to see if it fits. I bought it too small especially to keep me on track.
My lips have been sore all week ( thought it was the diet) and now a cold sore has broken out. Whenever i am stressed it happens and i have had a bad week with all the grief about Mum. anyone got any good tips for cold sore treatment?0 -
