    Hi,
I have been a member for a few years I think around 2007 and was working full time and running a home and family. Then i didn't have the time for anything but real life. Back then life was bliss also two wages coming in and we were rather reckless with our money. Oh how things have changed over the past 5 years, my life has been turned upside down.
Things have changed and i have to be more savvey with my money.
I do not have a Asda or Morries near me but love to read your stories.
I don't get much food in so feel i can't contribute anything to this thread, but feel part of it in some small way even when i am lurking.
You lot are Fab and i am learning, hopefully! woopising twice a week and got my hand on some Birds eye fish. Thanks again. Sorry! for rambling.
What i wanted to ask is what is the idea for the button/tab what ever you call it? (not very good with computers) Should i be pressing it every time
    Thanks for your time
    take care yo
Hi yoyo. Some people press the "thanks" button as a way of acknowledgement/thanks/laughter/sending a hug/responding. It's totally up to you, there are no hard and fast rules here, apart from being nice to each and supporting where possible. But equally, if you are skim reading or you haven't logged in, you will be unable to press "thanks". That's also fine :D

  • Tooth pain started again, so off to take some pain killers. When will this EVER end? Got a lovely whoopsied ready roasted chicken reduced from £6.00 something to £3.00. Can't even eat properly with one side! :(

Anyway, on a more pleasant note, I got a nice £3.79 womble just now, and I'm glad to say that the ruddy Bulmers cider coupon has disappeared.

Just got to wait for my APG results to come in after dinner.

My SA didn't sign the receipt when she took off the APG earlier, why do they sign them anyway?

Yoyo - when someone posts, it shows their name and joining date. Yours was 2006 :D
Strange one from a womble dated today, shop done at 11.am ish. The receipt says they paid £2.00 each for the Cheese, yet the APG says they paid £5.00. And its highlighted in red on the APG machine. No multi-buy showing on actual receipt.

In short, nope :D off the top of my head, they are priced at £1.09 at T but 89p, 95p and 99p in A.

 I thought my shopping was a bit higher than it should be.
Just noticed the cashier didn't take off 2 of the APGs
She only took off one and it should have been 3!

Edit: :rotfl: I'm such a narna, they're further down the receipt!
I'll go sit in the corner now :o

So you can't re-use. Good luck at the bigger A. I could do with mullers so may do the ex netto on sat morning. Have to get two new front tyres so i offered to drop car off and wait (well i say wait, i mean walk ten mins to the local T and A and mooch around in peace :p:rotfl:).

Right, my working week is almost finished until next Tues so I'm logging off until tonight. toodlepip x

I'm quite lucky that I'm not the sort that will fiddle. I have touched the stitches maybe once or twice, but I'm happy to leave them be. Still doing salt water rinses. I am sure that if i'd know it would be like this, I'd have not bothered having the ruddy thing out, and just got antibiotics every year whenever the absess came back. :(
