I use the app to check mine first

Then when I go on PC to print out it doesn't ask me for details

I've never had to 10 or the £100 limit warning

I have had this a couple of times when using my iphone. Now I remove the app before the limit is reached, turn my phone off (nit sure why:rotfl:) and then reinstall the app. Since doing that, mine have been ok.

An enlightening/interesting response from ASDA when my 8-item shop was deemed as having too few items for an APG.
    Subject.
    ASDA Price Guarantee problem

    Response Via Email 03/08/2013
    Hi X

Thanks for providing me with your receipt details.

I've checked our your receipt and the reason your shop can't be processed through the Asda Price Guarantee is, you only have 7 different grocery items. Under the terms and conditions, Clover and Clover light class as multiples of the same item.

This is the same for all lighter or diet versions of a product. for example Coca Cola and Coca Cola Zero.

I trust I've answered your question. If you need any further help, please call me or one of my colleagues on 0800 952 0101. Thanks again for writing to me and letting me help.

    Kind regards

Has anyone else ever been told this? My own opinion was that the bottle of Oasis I bought might not have counted, although it is not listed amongst their excluded items.
Yes, I just had this load of carp

Looks like they are making every excuse to get out of paying gift cards.
Thanks for contacting me about the Asda Price Guarantee.

I'm sorry you have been unable to compare your shopping as it states you don’t have a minimum of 8 different grocery items. It is only products that are recognised as grocery items by MySupermarket.com that will be compared. If one of the items isn't included, then it could bring your total comparable products to less than 8 items.

Having looked at your receipt i can see that ther are 3 J2O's which will only count as one item, 2 Yogurts and 2 crisps these will also only count as one item each. Also as manufacturers coupons have been used against the purchase we would be unable to compare the products you have already received a discount on.

Products from the following categories are not currently part of the Asda Price Guarantee: Home, Electricals, Furnishings, Garden, Entertainment, Hardware, Sports, Toys, George, Kiosk (including Tobacco, Newspapers and Magazines), Jewellery, Pharmacy, Optical, Fuel, Photo-processing, Dry Cleaning and all online only products including (without limitation) financial services, flowers, mobile, travel and gifts.

I’m pleased you gave me the opportunity to look in to this and am confident you’ll enjoy using the Asda Price Guarantee. If I can help with anything else please call me or one of my colleagues on 0800 952 3334. Thanks again for getting in touch.

    Kind regards
