DS2 back from holiday. Unfortunately his luggage didn't make the flight connection, so the washing will have to wait.

    Good morning all :)

Having a cuppa before we take the children out, we have heard of a big softplay area, so planning to tire them out.

Went into Sainsburys last night and 4/6 self service machines were broken, it was nothing to do with me.. I swear! :D

    Have a super day xx
    Wishing you all good luck!

    I missed the ISS and HTV4. :(

I saw alot of stars though

I'll take that as a constellation prize :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: You can take the star prize from me rego. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

If you look back to just after midnight last night you could see the 11.50 passing on my rubbish photo.

Note to self..... work out in the daylight how to get the camera on the tripod to 'look up', before attempting it in the dark!

Actually I was using a zoom lens last night and I think this was a mistake, as with a wider lens I can track it much further across the sky. I'll have another go. :o

    Good morning.
    Hope everyone is ok.

Happy birthday perranlady, hope you have a fab day. X

Hugs to you mimi- don't let the barstewards get ya down. Maybe go see the doc and get him to sign you off a few days. Carry on having a moan on here, it's always better to get it off your chest rather than just bottling it up.

I've just had the hubby singing happy birthday to me, the boy covered his ears and begged him to stop. :rotfl:

Thanks, my grandson is only 2 months old so i didnt want to buy the 7mth jars yet, will check the dates to see if its worth another go.

I've been buying (stockpiling!) my grandson's baby food for a wee while now and the jars have quite long sell by dates on them. The same goes for those 4 pack fruit pot type things.

Apologies for my lack of manners - good morning everyone

I don't know if this well help anyone but I've written a list of the most expensive baby foods (that compare in the offers A vs T) which give the best return (according to MSM these will all compare to Ts 10 for a fiver)
Remember to pick 11 from these plus the trigger mentioned below.

    99p a jar

    Heinz Mum's Own Beef, Tomato & Potato 10mth+ (250g)
Heinz Mum's Own Recipe Creamy Chicken Curry 10mth+ (250g)
Heinz Mum's Own Recipe Cheesy Spaghetti with 5 Veggies 10mth+ (250g)
Heinz Mum's Own Recipe Vegetable Hotpot with Chicken 10mth+ (250g)

    98p a jar

    Cow & Gate Beef Casserole 10mth+ (250g)

    95p a jar

Hipp Organic Growing Up Meal Sweetcorn, Peppers & Chicken Risotto 10mth+ (250g)
Hipp Organic Pasta with Tomatoes & Mozzarella 10mth+ (250g)
Hipp Organic Growing Up Meal Pasta Carbonara 10mth+ (250g)
Hipp Organic Spaghetti Bolognese 10mth+ (250g)
Hipp Organic Vegetables with Noodles & Chicken 10mth+ (250g)
Hipp Organic Growing Up Meal Pasta & Pork with Tomato & Herbs 10mth+ (250g)
Hipp Organic Growing Up Meal Rigatoni Napoli 12mth+ (250g)

    89p a jar

Cow & Gate Scrummy Tuna Penne 10mth+ (250g)
Cow & Gate Creamy Mushroom & Chicken with Noodles 10mth+ (250g)
    Cow & Gate Broccoli Cheese 10mth+ (250g)
Cow & Gate Autumn Orchard Chicken 10mth+ (250g)

    desserts
    89p a jar

Hipp Organic Strawberry & Raspberry Yogurt 7mth+ (160g)

    85p a jar

Heinz Mum's Own Recipe Fruit Custard Crumble 7mth+ (200g)

(I've popped the 2 highest priced desserts on there too as most of the large jars are savoury)
Don't forget to grab the trigger jar...

Cow & Gate Baby Balance Chicken Pasta with Sweet Vegetables 7mth+ (200g)

And remember the APG will only compare the lowest priced 10 so you will probably lose out on 10p on the APG (unless of course you buy 2 of the trigger jars, making the APG only see a set of 10)
I would test buy all these jars in my local As but it's only small and doesn't stock the whole range :(

    Thanks dipdap.
I wasn't planning to get any as my DS is now 15yrs, not 15 months, so I don't suppose he'd appreciate being served these up for dinner. :rotfl:
But with an easy list like this I may well pick some up for my mates grandsons, as a little helping out pressie for her daughter. :)
