    Morning all
Miserable day here so far. Dark and gloomy.
I've managed to trap a nerve or something in my shoulder. I can't lift my arm up properly. It's bleeding agony, I've had to brush my hair with my left arm instead. I resemble worzel gummidge this morning :D

Ive been out :D yes out.....to a proper swanky wine bar :)

Ive had the mother of all pig days from hell:o I had a proper meltdown from DS2 earlier. It's because his room is getting done up and he's out of sorts, bless him :A BUT no-one else gave a flying fox and just left me to get on with it. I got him in bed and asleep by 9 with a double dose of sleepy medication.

Then I had a proper rebel moment and thought.....Sod the lot of yous:D I texted a pal who also has a child with ASD, told her to get a fancy frock on and we went out :D we didn't get long.....but we vented alot of steam and had a very unMSE time drinking Bellinis. :D:rotfl::rotfl:

    I feel better :)

The best remedy for a carp day is always gonna be cocktails with ya bestie. Glad you had a fab night babe, hope your heads not regretting it this morning though :)

    Morning all

Turns out that if you set an alarm on BBC radio player, it overrides the normal alarms on your phone :o

Almost late, not because I got up late but because I got to the bus stop and realised I'd forgotten my phone so had to go back home for it, and then having to run for the bus, its already been more drama this morning than one would want!

No shopping for me today but i finally get my coke bottle with my name on it :j :j :j

  • Good morning everybody. I have a humdinger of a toothache. Have made an appointment to see the dentist at 11.40 am. My cheek is completely swollen and I resemble Worzel Gummidge after someone has lodged a large gob stopper in his mouth. Time to ring the bank to get the house remortgaged in order to pay the consultation fee, the x-ray fee, the sitting down in their waiting room fee. The breathing the air fee. Will remember to go to the loo before I leave in case i get billed for that as well!

Good morning Elite, cloudy here but the sun is trying to break through :D
While my husband never uses the disabled/child parking spaces, I do think our local supermarkets have the ratio of spaces wrong when we have a couple of rows of disabled/child parking free to use and virtually no spaces unoccupied for other uses of the supermarket sometimes!:rotfl:

I'll tell you what get's my goat. If parents parked in disabled spaces they would get ticketed, but I frequently see disabled cars parked in mother and child spaces, I have been told by one that other wheelchair users can make it difficult to get in and out the car, I pointed out that this person had taken the last mother and child space when there was at least two cars cruising the car park with babies in, the reply was "i don't give a s***, I am disabled, I get priority". And they wonder why opinion can go against them sometimes :mad::mad:

I've actually taken a course in this. Only a 6 week one but it was so much fun. I was hopelessly carp at it but it is a brilliant way to get fit. You find muscles in places you never knew existed!!
Every time I hear Def Leopards "pour some sugar on me" I wanna go chuck myself round a pole :D:rotfl:
