Just you and me then savvy
At which point I now have to go back to work
I look forward to reading your lists at tea break
I need to draw up a Ts vs Ms list to go with the pizzas I need to grab before they go back up again.
Might have to grab the kids a few more boxes of cereal before the fuel promotion ends
Tvs M should be pretty easy with the list now complete! (Of course you can check (on t.com) any items that have A and M prices on the list to see if they're T vs M if you want to sacrifice the 10% in favour of something else, perhaps bigger.)
M list for this week, new items now finally added!! May be some good for Flo within the 3 for £6. (Also have the Garnier Eye-Make Up Remover 150ml on at M at £1.99 but not enough info. taken to confirm it's the same one that is showing on msm for A. Is M's the fresh and clean???)
The longest it's ever taken!!:(:(:( I was even getting a bit bored of it all earlier this morning (Sunday):(:(. Well, I got there:j.. in the end!:( Now all there and valid probably only for today. One day is all you need though. (Of, for most of us, reduced shopping hours:(.)
Now... to go through the whole lot and update the 'also vs' dates!!:(:(:(:eek::( I think I might do it slowly over time!:D;) To be fair, I have managed to update the dates of alternative comparisons on some of the cloths/cleaning products (they were showing as correct as of nearly two months ago!). Sains. have now increased the prices on their Basics Pine Toilet Cleaner (it's now Avs M or T only). Of course, you're missing out on 'Sains. quality' by buying in A - and if you buy the Sains. Basics product in Sains., Sains. can never possibly compare it to anything else as nothing could ever be comparable to that. How could they ever reduce the quality of their own brand products, or their perception in consumer's eyes, by saying they are comparable to anyone else's inevitably 'inferior' (on Sains. approach) version?:D (Especially perhaps if the rival brands are cheaper (therefore save you money?).)
At least their approach is consistent throughout though! And I occasionally admire it for that. Can't fault the logic of their argument that says none of their own brands are comparable as their own quality is much better (according to them). At least they're consistent on the matter!:) (They also don't have to compare their prices to anyone else or give any refund in respect of own brands, which they can decide to price a little higher. But, then, you're getting Sains. quality aren't you?)
There may be some A, or T, prices on the M list that are now (long?) out of date. If you come across any, please PM me to tell me of the item and its new A/T price - it will help me!:):) However, all the Morries prices now there, which is what you need! To delete half of them, expiring tonight (as in Sunday night), when I go and do the next collection.:rotfl::rotfl:
This post esp. for dipdap. I'm just waffling inanely (and in a strange manner) into the night!0 -

Savvy, do you mind me asking if you walk around morrys with a notebook, writing down prices as you go? I can just imagine who the staff there think you must be????
Thanks for all you contribute.
Hi. I can now reply to your post - sorry for the delay, this was in my 'to do' pile.
Not quite a notebook any more. More like larger sheets of paper. I did use a notebook at one stage, when it was just my own collection, but since it's expanded on here, it'll probably use the smaller pages of a notebook too quickly! I was using notebooks when I found a couple spare that had been left in the house for years!:) Well, would hate them to go to waste - they've been paid for, so may as well use them up! Good MSE tip there as well - before buying a notepad/notebook or paper, look round the house to see if you already have any! (Or just use notepad on your computer - and save all the paper!)
For my collection though, any old bits of scrap paper will do - they don't need to be perfect, I've used different lined paper, torn from partly used notebooks, different colour of lines on different pages of a particular collection, even used some graph paper that I no longer had any use for, left over from college days! I'm hardly likely to ever be drawing graphs again!:D
As to who the staff think I must be, I don't know! Perhaps they think I'm working for a rival? Or just someone taking the prices to do their shopping later? I've answered something similar on this earlier. I'll let someone else, who keeps track of all these things, find it whilst I'm asleep:rotfl::D. It was on the last thread - or maybe even before:eek: - I was asked something like 'did the staff ever ask you what you were doing?' and my answer started along the lines of 'Thanks for the question...', and then I proceeded to answer, in detail:D.
It's no use searching through all posts by me, as it's now posted longer ago than the last page of that goes to. Anyone - if it was you who asked the question, perhaps come on here and tell me so - probably easier to search through all of your posts than my numerous ones, made each day!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::D
Okay...goodnight/morning folks!:):)
And, if you're just awakening and now reading this, as most people will be, the M list is now as complete as it will be and ready for anyone's shopping today!!:):)0 -
