    Wahay - glad to have been able to help - so if Tesco sold out or you are not near Mr T but can get to Sada or Sainsbury and do shop v T you can fill your boots. And as someone posted early this morning 200 cals per portion so good to go on fast days .......

    Create list, add shopping, click my list is ready, you will be prompted to take a pic of the receipt, hey presto :D
