Okay:( I'm very tired now (I blame all this week's weekdays) and only got to the 'World Foods' on the M list not even anything else let alone the Lynx Shower Gels and beauty products that can sometimes be v. good. I'll have to grab some shut-eye - and perhaps wake up in 4 hours, for another hour, then back to sleep for 4 hours (as is the natural human cycle that existed in the Middle Ages and before the Victorians forced us into an 8-hour sleeping pattern. Apparently, if people today are kept in total darkness, with no clocks at all, they sleep naturally for four hours at a time. After learning this (only this year), I don't get bothered now if I have less than 8 hours' sleep. I sleep like a log though - so maybe some waking to do! Just a bit of shutting my eyes for half an hour/an hour will refresh me hopefully!) Sorry folks - I'm desperately tired! I'll be back as soon as I can to complete M list and to sort out Tvs S (made headway into that) - whilst looking I've seen some Dentyl Mouthwashes (check msm, then sains.co.uk) for £1.50 in S (still quite high price for mouthwash in my view but may help someone) - also Listerine 1L total care - Tvs S £4.66 (but that's normal offer price and not glitched price - was available in A. some time ago and would have been 10% off that, appears now to be Tvs S - but £4.66 for mouthwash???:eek:)
Not goodnight folks, yet, as may be back!!
See you again!:):)0 -

Brilliant - what did you put?
This would be our problem - we could never get 7 of us together.
And the kitchen needs condemning!
As for having the meal in the resturant - Keswick is 3 hours from us so we would have to find a travelodge or similar ...

What did I put? You mean the food item? Lasagna.
I've found mse on my phonehappy bunny.

Although I have now not done it for about 2 weeks and so need a kick up the...to get started again. Although I think I have lost about a stone and don't really feel like it was very difficult, so yey me too..lol. Last week I went into my local boots store and used their weigh machine to have a more accurate reading and will go back at the end of summer.
Anyway goodnight all
I will check back at about 9am tomorrow, hoping someone can shed light about the crisp moc then.
Thanx Hun
Small confession from me, I weighed myself last week and I'd put a bit of weight on
I had been on holiday for a week though so I've figured I'll update my sig properly on Monday.
