Sorry for butting in but could I just ask the people buying the Rustlers why you are all buying 6 at a time?
I understand the math and I understand how the deal works and how you end up getting 6 for a total of 80p, or 20p each:money:

I know that is a great bargain but
    3 x £2.40 ones = £4
    1 x £1 one = £1
    Total £5.
Use just 2 coupons (£2.40 each), total value £4.80.

So 4 burgers for 20p, or 5p each. :money:
That's a much much better bargain.

The coupons dont scan at £2.40, they are an open coupon and the cashier has to enter the amount, if you are buying the £1 burgers then she will only put in £1 for each coupon, but because you are buying the £2.40 burgers, each coupon is now worth £2.40 ;)

I can see the logic in that but I've been getting the 3 + 1 every day for the last couple of weeks and the cashiers have always entered the amount for both coupons as £2.40 each every time.
This is in several different Mr T's by the way. Not used them anywhere else.

Not if you live where I live it isn't. Our shop assistants are trained in reading the print off coupons.
I bought this shop tonight. SA took of £3.40 for my rustler coupons.( the price of the 2 cheapest items) These coupons do not automatically take of £2.40 the SA types in how much to take off.

Just read back and seen your post about getting them every day. Glad you managed to get them for that price. Wish our SA's weren't so observant.
  • You have to be sure the sa takes off the 2.40 I tried this last week, it did not work, sa knocked off 3 moc at a 1.00 instead of 2.40, ended having to go to cs, who starting saying the bogof were photocopies, big dos little dos I got my money back
